It’s on Meditation and Guidance and a whole lot of other basic teachings from A Course in Miracles. In the video I talk about the early workbook lessons – I am never upset for the reason I think. I’m upset because I see something that is not there. These thoughts are images that I have made. I loose the world by giving up attack thoughts.
If you have “done” A Course in Miracles, but you are still experiencing conflict and projecting your guilt onto yourself and others, my suggestion: do it again. Make a commitment to do the workbook lessons one more time.
I talk about that in this video. To me it’s like people who say they “go to the gym” but really what they do is belong to a gym, and when they go to the gym, they read the magazines and hang out in the sauna in the locker room and maybe go two times a month. That’s not really going to the gym. And you’ll know if you have really done the workbook lessons of A Course in Miracles OR if you just “said” you did them by your experience of peace and joy. When you have taken 100% responsibility for everything that seems to happen to you, and for every thought, every emotion, you will know it because you’ll be consistently happy.
