My approach to healing
Healing is realization of Self.
Healing is the recognition that your true nature is Silence - and this nature is changeless and shared by everyone and everything.
Everything that seems to be happening to you (or in the world) arises in Silence, in love, and disappears in Silence, our true nature.
Other names for our true changeless nature are God, happiness, peace, Presence, Love, Consciousness, I AM, Awareness, Light, Life.
The body you think is your body "my body" is memory, a pattern, an image created by you and held in place by you, Consciousness, believing itself to be a body.
Believing yourself to be a body, suffering is inevitable.
With single-focused attention on truth, suffering disappears.
The body, sickness, limitation, lack is all past. It's all memory.
Perhaps you think it's real.
The body doesn't wake up up the morning.
The body wakes up in you.
Take a moment to let that sink in. THE BODY WAKES UP IN YOU.
Every morning.
What you are never sleeps and never wakes up.
What "wakes up" in the morning is awareness of a body, which is memory, an image, an idea.
What wakes up is all the stories you hold about yourself, others and the world.
What wakes up are thoughts about the past and thoughts about the future.
And if you lay there in bed in the morning "thinking about" these thoughts that are now present in awareness & Silence, if you identify with the thoughts & stories ... you lock them right in place.
I AM - Silence - becomes the thoughts you are observing:
"I am sick"
"I am in pain"
"I am overwhelmed"
"I am tired"
"I'm afraid"
"I'm angry"
Notice the thoughts that arise throughout the day. Do you stay as the observer of these thoughts? Or do you identify with them and become them?
When you stop identifying with sickness or pain, it will dance right out of you.
The body is the past. It is a memorized pattern of past reactions, resistance, fear, blame, shame, protecting yourself, hiding or isolation.
The body is a reflection of your CHRONIC contraction and feelings of fear throughout a lifetime of believing you are a body.
Chronic Contraction = Chronic Disease.
Chronic Resistance = Pain, Sickness, Suffering
After several repetitions of feeling afraid, jealous, guilty, anger, etc. this feeling becomes CHRONIC, and then becomes a pattern and eventually reflects itself in the body, which you think is you.
This chronic feeling of fear, chronic feelings of disappointment, chronic feelings of overwhelm, chronic feelings of doubt is what needs healing.
You can never be free of the body, the stories, the emotions until you know the body, the stories, the emotions.
Until you face them.
You can be absolutely free of the memory of this body, free of emotions that pull you down, free from the limitations you impose upon yourself.
This is done quite simply.
By not holding onto the stories and thoughts and emotions that arise.
And as you stay present, without holding onto thoughts, sensations, grievances, feelings, stories ... the MEMORY of What You Are as pure luminous Consciousness returns to awareness.
And from then on, when this realization occurs, this light - pure Consciousness - the Self that is YOU - is embodied, one with the body-suit that goes by your name.
You live and move in Beingness, as Beingness.
From then on - here on - once realization occurs - you know the body is not you.
The becomes nothing more than a temporary vehicle for the light of you that shines.
It no longer contains you. It never did. It no longer limits you. You only thought it did.
